Questions, answered
How much does it cost?
Every engagement is a fixed price, agreed after the 30-minute call once we know what needs to run. A single workflow is a small project; multi-system builds and apps are scoped in phases so you can start with the one that pays back fastest. The optional care plan is a flat monthly fee.
How long until something is live?
A single workflow, such as lead capture into your CRM with follow-up, is usually live within two weeks of the audit. Voice and chat agents take a little longer, because we train and test them on real conversations first. Apps are delivered in milestones you sign off one at a time.
Do we need to be using n8n already?
No. We host and configure n8n for you, or build on your existing instance. Where n8n is the wrong tool we write native API integrations instead.
Can you work with the CRM and tools we already have?
Yes. Most builds connect to what you already use (HubSpot, Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, Slack, WhatsApp and more) with two-way sync where it makes sense.
What happens when an automation breaks?
Every workflow ships with error handling, automatic retries and alerts, so failures are caught and surfaced instead of silently dropping leads.
Who owns the workflows and code?
You do. Workflows live in your n8n instance or one we host under your account, code lives in your repository, and every third-party account is in your name. If we ever part ways, everything keeps running.
How do you handle our data?
Your data stays in the tools you already use; we connect them, we don't warehouse them. Credentials sit in n8n's encrypted store behind least-privilege API keys, and we'll sign an NDA before the audit if you need one.
Which languages can the voice agent speak?
English, Urdu and Arabic today, with natural turn-taking and interruption handling. Ask us if you need another language.
Do you only automate, or can you build the product too?
Both. Our engineering team builds Next.js web apps and cross-platform mobile apps, with the same automation and AI layer behind them.
What happens after launch?
You get documentation, a walkthrough and a system that is yours to run. If you'd rather not watch it yourself, the monthly care plan covers monitoring, fixes when an upstream API changes, and small improvements as your process evolves.
